In its V0 stage, Carevia mainly provides cross-border medical travel support, including information organization,
requirement intake, preliminary plan support, and coordination assistance.
- We are not a medical provider and do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions.
- No doctor-patient relationship is created through the Services.
- Medical decisions must be made independently by you and licensed medical providers.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- You represent that you have legal capacity under applicable law, or valid guardian consent where required.
- If accounts are enabled, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
- You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and activities under your account.
3. User-Submitted Content
You may submit contact details, travel preferences, service requests, and optionally health-related information.
- You represent that you have the legal right to provide submitted information.
- You must not submit unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful content.
- You authorize us to process submitted information as needed to provide the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carevia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Where liability limitation is permitted, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed
the total service fees (if any) you paid to us in the [12] months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
